Your brain didn't break
Your hormones shifted. No wellness voice, no toxic positivity, no pretending any of this is secretly a gift.
Let's get punk about it.
The rebel podcast + community centering neurodivergence and peri/menopause through honest conversations, riotous storytelling, unfiltered lived experience and expert guests. Hosted by two late-diagnosed Gen Xers who got tired of the silence.
The system is. We love you.
A whole lot of late-diagnosed and undiagnosed AFAB humans hit midlife asking the same question, and nobody answers it. Armed with punk attitude, we dig into the shame, confusion and invisibility of the neurodivergent hormonal collision through an intersectional lens — with laughter, tears and LOTS of swearing.
Your hormones shifted. No wellness voice, no toxic positivity, no pretending any of this is secretly a gift.
Self care is community care. You are not imagining it, and you are not doing this on your own.
Race, gender identity, disability, class. The research left most of us out. We're not repeating that on our own show.
Co-hosts · late-diagnosed Gen X · permanently unserious about serious things
We met online and worked together virtually for three and a half years before standing in the same room. In January 2026 Sarah flew to Australia and we finally did, and we laughed like hyenas the entire time.
Each other's late-life ride or die.
One escaped academia. One escaped corporate. Neither of us is going back.
Sarah L. Glasco, PhD — recovering humanities professor. Now: author of The Neurodivergent Hormonal Survival Toolkit, certified in gender-affirming menopause care, founding member of The Neuropause Collective. sarcrassticselfcare.com
Chrissy Ingram — former corporate marketing maven. Now: AuDHDer igniting conversations on neurodivergence with statement punk tees, founding member of The Neuropause Collective, and co-creator of this podcast and the community around it. redpunksocial.com
Last episode dropped in December. That's eight months — which, in ADHD time, is either last Tuesday or a geological era depending on which of us you ask. Time blindness: not just a symptom, a whole production schedule.
We never actually went anywhere. We've been on Instagram the entire time, admittedly on nothing resembling a schedule. The podcast just went quiet while we each went off into a separate corner and had some life.
Here's where. Sarah wrote a book and got certified in gender-affirming menopause care. Chrissy built Red Punk Social, igniting conversations on neurodivergence with statement punk tees. Both of us became founding members of The Neuropause Collective. In between there was a fairly comprehensive amount of personal life fuckery, which is the technical term. Different corners, same revolution.
Meanwhile there are eight recorded episodes sitting unreleased — the podcast equivalent of a doom pile. We're recording a new one this week, just the two of us, to tell you where we've been. Then those eight start dropping.
Also: no more seasons. Just numbered episodes from here on. One less thing for any of us to keep track of.
We're about to come back raging.
Twelve episodes so far. Clinicians, coaches, authors and troublemakers across three continents.

Questions you want answered on air, or a story you've never told anyone — those go in the DMs or the inbox too. We read everything. And send this to her, so she can find her punks.
